A: You are responsible for the duration of the lease if the roommate does pay

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: Tenants pay the first $100 of any repairs caused by tenant normal wear and tear.
Damage from tenant then tenant is responsible for the repair cost
